Relax with your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine before dinner while enjoying the phenomenal view from the multi-tiered decks of this beautiful mountain retreat. There is plenty of room for family and friends to join you. Our house features both open and covered decks for outdoor fund. There are picnic tables, porch rockers and a gas grill. This 3000-square foot house is located in a mountainside, gated community with picnic areas, streams, a waterfall and a duck pond. The setting is very private with a concrete drive for easy access. You can enjoy taking long walks or bicycle rides right inside the gates. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare sandwiches or gourmet meals. All dishes, glassware and cooking utensils are provided. Just bring the groceries! The large living/dining room has vaulted ceilings, cedar paneling and a stone fireplace and yet has a warm cozy feeling.

You can sit by the fire on cool days and still see the mountains beyond the large glass doors that open onto the upper deck. Bedrooms include a large king-size master suite, with a private bath and doors that also open onto the upper decks, as well as two queen bedrooms and a two twin bed room. There is an additional bathroom upstairs and a large one downstairs with a full washer & dryer. Additional sleeping accommodations are included in a queen sleeper sofe and a day bed downstairs. Two wood-burning fireplaces, phone, central heat & A/C, Satellite TVs, VCR, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, cooking utensils and linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Gas grill. Small pets permitted. Hiking, biking, golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, white-water rafting, gem mining, antique shopping, scenic drives, gambling.

Nestled in North Carolina's southern mountains, Franklin is large enough to offer most everything you need, yet still have the peace and tranquility of the mountains. Spectacular waterfalls, fantastic hiking trails, pristine fishing streams and abundant wildlife are just a few of the many things available in this area. Each year Franklin offers numerous festivals and special events including Pickin' on the Square which features live music each Saturday night June through October. Located near Maggie Valley, Dillsboro and Cherokee. Two hours north of Atlanta on U.S. 441 and 45 minutes southwest of Asheville.

Very relaxing & Private Enough Room to have your own space.The Deck View is outstanding our favorite... coffee in the morning on the deck.. It is right in the middle of all activties Cherokee Helen Dillard House .And Very Very Clean...Owners Very Accomadating . I would would highly say this is your place to get away from it all...

Large clean Cabin to just sit around and relax with a great view.
Something for everyone close by; hiking around the gated community, better than being in a state park. Also close to shpping, rafting, rubie mining and The Great Smokie Mountians National Park.
If you need a place for up to twelve to stay in comfort, this would be the place.
