Except for golf, all community amenities are paid for by owner. This house is only two blocks from the Cottonwood Clubhouse. Within minutes, you can enjoy all the amenities of the Phoenix metropolitan area which include fine restaurants, major league professional teams including baseball spring training, horse and dog tracks, casinos, auto racing, beautiful parks, and great shopping. A beautiful water fountain is located near patio for your enjoyment. Utilities are paid by owner. Cottonwood is an adult community. One renter must be a minimum of 40 years of age. There can be no children under 19-years old living in the house on a continuous basis. No pets, no smoking, please.
