The living room and kitchen are open to each other, with a dining area off to one side with a dining set for two and amazing view. The bedroom and bathroom are off the main living area. The deck has outdoor dining and opens from the dining area. From the front of the house, there's a patio with seating area and steps down to the seasonal dock. House is ~800sf.
