The large living room has several seating areas and a dining area, and opens to an upper deck with outdoor dining. The kitchen is adjacent with eat-in dining for four. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this main level. Downstairs, there's a rustic bathroom and bedroom, which opens to the lower deck. The rear yard has an expansive greenbelt lawn; beyond that, there's a short path to the river. House is ~1300sf.
