Photos and Description of the Gulf Shores vacation house rental Availability in FALL - Dog friendly beach house!

We are located in the Fort Morgan, AL area. It is a very quiet, pet friendly, family oriented beach. A Great place to relax and unwind, yet not too far from local attractions. We are conveniently located less than 1/2 mile from the Ft. Morgan Marina and numerous golf courses. We are 18.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores, down Fort Morgan Rd. The beach is a leisurely 100 yards or so walk up the street. Standing on the deck you have the beach to one side the gulf to the other. Whether you come for the Billfish tournament in July, Power Boat races in August, Labor Day Tournament, Spearfish Tournament or Waterfront Arts Festival in September, the Annual Shrimp Festival or Fishing Rodeo in October (my personal favorite - I won the Redfish category in 2003) or are snowbirds for the winter, you will truly enjoy the area - even if you just lay out at the beach.

    Cancellations and Refunds
    We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation along with security deposit, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Once we reach that 30-day point, the rental fee is nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $25 cancellation fee.

We enjoyed our stay very much.The house was nice and a short walk from the beach. Family frendly quiet neighborhood . We had 3 kids under age 6 and we felt they were very safe. Only problem was some trash on the beach. We will be back for another great vacation.

We found the house on the internet, the pictures on the website are accurate. House was as described...very nice. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Beach is safe, left items and walked back to house with no worries. No need to bring anything with you except clothes, everything in the house you could possibly need (except food). You will have a bit of a drive to the main area of the city, attractions, etc. Pets are welcome at the beach.
