The master bath has a double sink and vanity and Jacuzzi bath. One guest room has a queen bed with private bath. The third bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with its own full bath. There is a fourth room that is furnished with a sofa, large upholstered chair and TV. There is a large laundry room inside the unit with washer and dryer. The entry hall has a roomy closet that is perfect for storing your beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, coolers, etc. Unit 402-B is a special, non-smoking unit located in a special community on desirable Highway 30-A.
It is an easy five minute stroll to the shops, restaurants and activities of Rosemary Beach and only a ten minute drive to Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach, all of which have their own unique blend of shops, restaurants and activities.
