You have two guest rooms on the main floor. One has a queen bed and bath and the other has twin beds with a guest bath just down the hall. Both of the bedrooms have a TV and a ceiling fan, and they are well appointed.
The second floor has separate living quarters for a second family or guests. There is a full kitchen, a bath with a double sink, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a king-size bed, television, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom on the second floor has twin beds and a crib and also has a television and ceiling fan. Another very special feature is the screened lanai on the second floor again separate from the main house. This is unique as you can close it off the second floor from the main floor and have total privacy from the rest of the house.
The lanai has a large pool to relax in as you watch the sunrise and sunsets.
This home is on a 175 foot seawall so you have one of the most incredible views facing southwest. The sunsets are magical. They take your breath away, and each one is better than the last! Entertaining on the lanai is a breeze as you have plenty of lounge chairs and a table and chairs in case you choose to have a romantic dinner.
The house is 3200 square foot under air and 5946 square foot including the lanai area. You have indirect access. The canal has long water, wide water, and partial bay views from your expansive 175 foot seawall.

We had 12 members of the family get together in Marco for the holidays and had plenty of room with the two kitchens and large bedrooms. The lanai is wonderful and the sunsets are marvelous with the huge pool the kids loved it. The fellas fished off the dock and we rented a pontoon boat for the week also.
