Spacious Kitchen with island, Gas Stove, Space saver microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/ Gas Dryer, Garbage disposal, with Completely equipped kitchen. Electric Blender, Electric Can Opener and Electric Blender are also in Kitchen. Beautiful covered patio with table and chairs to enjoy great views and the visiting quail. We are located close to pool and club house. Enjoy Mountain Views from this beautiful, brand new, patio home. This community has a lot of planned activities at the private club house for residents.
Canyon View residents enjoy wonderful recreation facilities, including a spacious club house with library/media room, exercise equipment, pool table, ping pong,card and game tables, and a catering sized kitchen! Outdoor amenities include a large heated swimming pool and spa, shuffleboard courts, covered and open patio areas, BBQ facilities, a even a 1/4 mile walking trail. Green Valley has Hiking, Biking, Birding, Tennis, Golf (seven courses in and around Green Valley) and swimming just to name a few.There are seven local courses ranging from traditional wide layouts to tournament quality designs. The six consist of four 18-hole courses open to the public, three 18-hole private courses. Many great day trips in the area. Green Valley is a peaceful, safe and friendly place to visit.
