Mariner 2-Bedroom Condo

Although the overall Condo/Motel complex is dated, it is "location, location, and location". This complex has the" largest" and nicest "heated" pool that we have found in Naples. It is convient to the beach [across the street], the famous Naples fishing pier [1 1/2 blocks], Saturday's farmers market [1 1/2 blocks], 3rd Street dining and shops [2 blocks], and St. Ann's Catholic church [5 blocks]. It has been recently updated with 3 new flat screen TVs and 2 new AC unit and redecorated.with planned improvements for next year. Although the unit is small we plan to keep coming back, since it meets our requirements which include swimming a 1/4 mile everyday we can, a wide variety of nearby kayak trips are possible, "beach time" [sunning, shelling,walking and boogey-boarding], nice affordable restaurants, and sightseeing.
