Newly Renovated in 2012! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, View of the 17th Fairway.

This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village, was extensively remodeled in 2012. This condo contains all new flooring and furnishings throughout. The 982-square foot unit sleeps up to six comfortably and features an unobstructed view of the 17th Fairway from the living room and patio. Relax on the comfortable queen sleeper sofa while being entertained with the 43” flat screen TV and DVD player. For your convenience, cable TV and free Wi-Fi access is provided.

Each bedroom also contains a flat screen TV including a DVD player in the master. The master has walk-out access to the patio. Both bedrooms feature new queen-sized pillow top beds. Our Jamison, spring free, resort foam beds are used in the finest resorts world-wide. They have been proven to add less partner disturbance, more durability, and exceptional support. A power stack box spring and mattress created from just the right mix of visco memory, premium omalon, and convoluted super soft foams — with a seven-inch premium Marriott core that creates the perfect conditions for a comfortable, restorative sleep.

The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with jetted tub. Both bathrooms are resplendent with quartz countertops and tile flooring.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the newly updated kitchen, including range, microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker.

Laundry is made convenient by the new full sized washer/dryer located within the unit.

On-site features: Championship 18 hole golf course, new $3 million Clubhouse and Pro Shop, 24 hour security, Conference Center, Business Communications Center with internet connection, Restaurant/Lounge, Indoor/Outdoor swimming pools, Hot tub, Exercise Center, playgrounds, tennis courts. About Terry Mullins

Living in north-central Arkansas, we decided to purchase this condo in the early part of 2012 as a get-away destination. Our hope is to truly make our guests feel like they are at home while staying in our home away from home in Pointe Royale in Branson.

Since living in the town of Branson for a few years in the 1980s, we have been constantly amazed at just how much the area has continued to grow and change over the years. What was a fun destination back then has really turned into a vacation spot for the whole family over the ensuing years and is loaded with all types of activites for all.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo really does have the best of both worlds. Right outside our backdoor is a championship 18-hole golf course.Hang a left just outside Point Royale's gated enterance and you'll find yourself at Table Rock Lake for plenty of boating or swimming. Take a right and in a few short minutes, you'll arrive at the world-famous Highway 76 - the main hot-spot in Branson, featuring shopping, shows, go-cart rides and all kinds of fun adventues. And let's not forget Silver Dollar City or Whitewater.

This was the best condo! Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were wonderful. Unit is on the end. It was very quite at this location. We were able to relax! Parents with 2 children ages 19 and 12. Condo was large enough that we all had space to spread out. Having 3 TV's available was so nice for the kids. Owners were very easy to work with. We will look at this rental again when we return to Branson. You will not go wrong booking this rental!

This has been an amazing place for us. Comfortable, quiet, perfect layout, beautifully decorated, very clean, beds are the best! Instead of staying just 2 weeks we decided to stay three, we just didn't think we'd find something as perfect as this. Much thanks and many blessings to the owners of this great get away!
