At our unit in Tres Regalos we strive to give you that Pura Vida feeling in everything we do, and what better place than Jaco Beach, a thriving beach destination that blends city conveniences and select services with Costa Rica’s enticing natural attractions. And Tres Regalos Condominium showcases the best of Jaco! Set in a secluded beach spot and oriented towards a pristine rainforest outpost, it lets upscale travelers enjoy spectacular ocean cove vistas in the privacy and safety of a gated community. A gorgeous free form pool, trimmed by manicured tropical gardens offers direct access to an enticing stretch of sand, perfect for strolling about, relaxing, and enjoying a scenery that is punctuated by stunning sunrises & sunsets, soaring red-macaws, and a never-ending display of waves crashing onto rugged rock formations. Jaco’s diverse dining options, eclectic shopping, fun surfing, and other eco-adventure options are less than a mile away. Some of Costa Rica’s main attractions including Manuel Antonio National Park can be accessed within an hour.

Our fully outfitted 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1500 sq ft, Pura Vida unit at Tres Regalos Condominium welcomes select guests who want to enjoy a fun, relaxing, and regenerative getaway. Pura Vida features local charm with premium amenities with the added benefit of easily accessible owners, a Costa Rican/German family residing in nearby San Jose.

Set in the second floor, Pura Vida’s main balcony offers ocean views and a perfect spot for al-fresco dining, reading, or enjoying a nightcap. Amenities include a full granite-top kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, central a/c, and premium bedding and furniture. Bed configuration (distributed among the 3 bedrooms) is: one King-sized bed, one Queen Bed, and one Full Bed. Accommodates up to six guests. To stay fully connected, we feature complimentary international cable TV and secure WiFi Internet access. Our Pura Vida unit at Tres Regalos Condominum is located 75 minutes from San Jose and is accessible through Costa Rica’s best highway and road network (fully asphalted).

We are a mixed German-Tico family that savors the best of Costa Rica´s natural treasures and friendly hospitality. We were attracted to Tres Regalo´s premium amenities and homelike sense of community. Ida and Alex reside part-time in Spain; Joha and Maria reside in San Jose full time. We look forward to be your hosts!

Jacó is a perfect beach location at only 70 min from San Jose International Airport -SJO. Tres Regalos is on the secluded tract of the beach, yet close to Jaco´s shopping and dining attractions. The beach is only steps away, perfect to enjoy a stroll on the sand, a perfect sunset, a little surfing or endless wave-watching. Tres Regalos Condominium is a quiet, family oriented property suited for those who seek refined relaxation. We were drawn to Jaco because of its convenient location, entertainment and shopping diversity, and premium surfing spots. We selected Tres Regalos because of its charm, upscale features, and the warmth of its quiet ambiance.

What makes this condo unique

The home layout was perfect! With a grandly spacious master bedroom that has access to a small terrace on the back and a window with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom also has a small balcony and shares the view to the tropical forest with the 3rd bedroom. The unit is on the second floor which makes it very accessible but with the extra security of not being at ground level.

Wonderful family vacation condo!

Beautiful condo in a quiet and private complex. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded. Clean, new and well maintained, the condo is every bit as nice as the pictures. Perfect for families.
Owner Johanna went way beyond our expectations in ensuring that we were comfortable from beginning to end. You will not be disappointed.
Jaco is an eclectic mix with something for everyone. There are surf bums and rich ex-pat retirees, weekenders from San Jose, tourists on vacation and locals. Great surfing for beginner through expert, Restaurants range from burger/pizza joints to some really excellent cuisine. Don't miss the Taco Bar!
We found the Costa Rican people very friendly and welcoming and the tours excellent.

This condo is the perfect place if you are looking for a nice beach get away. The condo is in a perfect location and right on the beach. Home is well decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen for your every need. The pool is very nice with a swim up bar. The weather also exceeded my expectations. It was Jan and had 95-97 degrees and sunny every day. Not to bad for middle of winter!! Also you have to try the Jaco Taco. They had the best tacos I've ever had! We did the zip line tour and the waterfall jumper tour! Both are a must do and made for a day full of fun and adventure. The owner Johanna was also incredible to work with!! She answered any of our emails immediately!! She was so helpful in giving us information on the area. Also she went above and beyond and had some items there for us when we arrived. Have never had an owner do that before! I would give this a 6 star if I could. Everything was perfect. You truly cannot go wrong with renting this beautiful unit. Thanks again to you and your family for sharing your home with us!!

Incredible Stay 5 Star All the Way

We had an Incredible stay at this beautiful condo. Tres Regalos is in the perfect location with all the perfect amenities. Johanna was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond with everything. She answered any emails I sent immediately and gave us great info on this area. Most of the week we relaxed by the pool which was very nice. We did a couple excursions did the zip line and waterfall jumper tour. Both were awesome. Can't say enough about how friendly everyone down here was. Couldn't believe we had 95 degree weather and clear skies most of the week. But this is definitely the place to come if your looking for a great stay in a great location with top of the line amenities. Thanks again to Johanna and her family for sharing their beautiful vacation home with us. It truly is paradise down here!!!

Great family vacation

We had a great 3 night stay at Tres Regalos. We were travelling with a small child and both the owners and the staff were great accommodating our needs at every step.
The property is beautiful, Jaco is a great location (specially if you anticipate you might need a drugstore or supermarket near by). The fun is never ending. I fully recommend this condo.

Had the pleasure to visit Costa Rica for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Gorgeous country, wonderful hospitality, and plenty of adventures. We chose Jaco because it offered an amazing choice of activities and services. It was perfect as home-base for our seven-day getaway. Finding this Pura Vida Condo was a true blessing. It was spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed with plenty of home-like amenities including a huge kitchen, cable TV, and WiFi. It really was like having our own little beach house in Costa Rica. The staff makes you feel at home and the condo’s owners’ were attentive and involved. One huge plus is the location, at the far end of the beach. Secluded and featuring gorgeous beach and forest views. Fully recommended!
