Welcome to our condo... It features 3 Bedrooms (king bed in Master, Queen in second, 2 twins in Disney themed kids bedroom) All mattresses are brand new high quality to help you relax after a long day at the park! Our private patio deck can be accessed from the Master or living room. It has an electric BBQ that we searched long for and rivals the efficiency of a natural gas/propane grill. Washer and dryer, all kitchen utensils, and really a pleasure to stay in. We looked for over 2 years until we found the unit that we wanted. When you stay with us, you will see why.
We are from Newfoundland, Canada. We both grew up in an outport but we now live in a town called Paradise with our 2 kids and a puppy. We plan to use our place as much as possible to get away from our harsh Canadian winters!

We looked all over including Sarasota, Treasure Island, St Petes Beach, but kept being drawn back to Davenport. It is close enough to all the amenities and Theme Parks, yet far enough to be away from the 'hustle and bustle' to relax. Very family friendly location close to golf, grocery store and restaurants.
We just fell in love with the Mediterranean style with granites and tile work that we hadn't seen. Pool area is very exquisite and gets the sun all day! we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
An absolutely fantastic stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfectly located, beautifully decorated and provided the perfect vacation for us. We are sad to leave the sun and warm weather so soon, but will be back again for sure.
This property was beautiful and in a very convenient location, so close to everything we needed!. Check in was very easy and Scott was very helpful answering all of our last minute questions. The condo was better than the pictures and had every kitchen appliance and utensil we could ever hope for. The kids room and bathroom was perfect in that Mickey theme, and they enjoyed the time there very much! The complex's pool was wonderful and I used their computer office several times which made for a smoother vacation! This condo certainly has that home-feeling so that you can just relax and unwind after a long day at the parks! We loved it!
I was looking forward to our trip based on the photos and reviews, but reality was even more impressive. The kitchen was really nicely stocked - there was even a Keurig machine that made my week! I thought the welcoming tea/coffee/condiment plate in the kitchen was a thoughtful touch. There was lots of space for our family- the living room was way more spacious than the photos. The beds were really comfortable and there was lots of closet and cupboard space for us the unpack and settle in. Being able to do laundry in the condo meant we could pack lightly.
Last time we visited Disney World we stayed on site and really enjoyed it, but it's pretty expensive and with two teenagers, we needed more room. Scott's condo fit our needs perfectly. It's 20-30 minutes to the parks-an easy drive. We left each day at 8 and returned late afternoon. A couple of days we went back in the evening, but most of the time of the attractions of Bella Piazza kept us happily occupied at our home-away-from-home.
We loved the pool area. We visited every day- it's just a short walk across the parking lot. It was never too busy and had a good family atmosphere. Foosball in the games room was a big hit and we had an ongoing family tournament. The WiFi was easy to connect to and more than adequate for our needs. The choice of TV stations was amazing. We ended up watching several recent movies as a family and it was nice to have the option of watching different programs in different rooms.
There is a small mall less than a 10 minute walk/ 2 minute drive away. It was great to have a Publix so close by. There was a deli there that made sandwiches and had other convenient foods for simple meals at home. There were also a couple of restaurants and a liquor store. Perfect!
The booking process was simple and having a lock box for the key made check in a breeze. Scott is laid back, helpful and professional. I hope we have a chance to return. Thank you.
We had a great experience with this unit, we had a baseball team all staying in different units, and by far we would have to say we were the happiest with this unit. We had plenty of towels, wash cloths, cooking untensils and pots and pans, where others were not so fortunate. Everything was a promised if not more,
Lovely top floor condo and very well furnished. Great facilities and walking distance to publix store and applebees. The owner (Scott) is a pleasure to deal with. Easy going and sooooo helpful.
I would recommend this condo to my friends, infact I have booked it again this summer 2014.

This condo has everything one might need to have a great vacation!! The rooms are spacious, and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities that you need, including in-house laundry. Everything was clean and appears to be very well maintained. The listing description was very accurate...we were not disappointed in the least!!! The owner is extremely nice and gave us lots of information about the area. There are restaurants and a grocery store just a few minutes walk away...very convenient!! The pool area is superb, couldn't ask for a nicer place to relax and enjoy a beverage!! Our main purpose during this vacation was to visit Disney, and the condo is only about 20-30 minutes away, that was awesome!!! We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area!!! Thanks Scott....you (and your condo) are the best!!!
