This community is centrally located, across from Thunderbird park with Tennis Courts and basketball, shopping, dining, nightlife and attractions. Near Westworld (home of Barrett Jackson auction), Salt River Fields, Kierland, golf and more. Community is equipped with a fitness center, 2 pools, spa, BBQ grills throughout the property (gas and charcoal), ample parking. Condo has open living space, fireplace, dining area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, laundry room, Master bedroom with private bath, patio with chairs and table and is fully equipped. Please let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate your personal requests.
