This newly redecorated 1,090 Square Foot home is located just a 2 minute walk from the Sunriver Mall. You will enjoy many restaurants and shopping at the Sunriver Village Mall. The Sunriver Lodge area with South pool, tennis courts and other amenities is a short bike ride away. This home has a nice large deck area with private hot tub in a wooded setting. This home is a Tumalo style with open living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a TV with DVD and VCR, and stereo with CD player. A large gas fireplace area accents the living room. A large skylight in living room brings in light. A queen hide-a-bed is located in the living area. Bedrooms & Baths: The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and set of bunks with bath nearby. Both bedrooms have TV’s/VCR’s/DVD. Deck & Hot Tub: Through the sliding glass door off the dining area is an enlarged deck with new patio furnishings, hot tub and gas barbecue surrounded by open forest

Mt Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
