Spacious 5 BD, 3 BA (or rent just 3 BD, 2 BA UPSTAIRS for smaller gatherings!)

WELCOME to Sea Scape Properties! New to market with Renovations and Upgrades complete, this beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Wrightsville Beach is ready for your beach getaway! The unique design offers 3 BR's upstairs and 2 downstairs. The master suite is decorated beautifully with a true beach feel, a deck with ocean views and a King size select comfort, adjustable mattress for extreme sleeping comfort. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed + a bunk bed (twin size on top, full size on bottom, Spacious living and dining areas with large flat screen tv and surround sound. Bar in the kitchen area has seating and a beautiful deck for outdoor cooking and entertaining with ocean views.

Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (twins on top, full size on bottom), 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, sleeper sofa, multiple LCD TV/DVDs, and 2 patios! Great area for kids to hang out while the adults are upstairs relaxing.

Easy access to the beach...wake up to the sound of the surf. From the ocean view decks you can watch dolphins play, enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or relax and read in one of the deck chairs. Swim, surf, fish, fly a kite, build sand castles, go shelling, go for a walk or relax and catch some rays! The walkway to the beach is right across the street.

If you don't need 5 bedrooms, smaller groups can rent just the UPSTAIRS portion of the house (3 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8-9) for $2800/week or $495/night (5 night minimum)

We've rented many vacation homes, and this is the best-appointed we've ever had. The furniture is modern and comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and user-friendly, and the location a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone; it's particularly good for two families that want to share it. We got great customer service - I plan to return!
