This lovely 17th floor ICON VALLARTA condo is stunning. Professionally decorated with no detail too small. Sleeping for 1-3 guests. King Bed in Master and hideabed in living room. ICON VALLARTA was featured in the April 2010 Architectural Digest. ICON is located adjacent to the Krystal Hotel. Amenities abound from gated community, underground parking to gym, library, restaurant, beach bar, Kids Club, concierge and a private elevator to your condo.
About Amy or Bill Welch

I have owned a house at La Puntilla, between Bucerias and La Cruz for the past 15+ years. Because our house has been so successfully rented, my friends have asked that I help them rent their condos and houses. I gladly do so, as I have seen each of the condos and houses and can verify that they are top quality.

Mexico is wonderful - the first thing people ask is, 'Is it safe?' We have driven all through Mexico and have had wonderful experiences from Merida to San Miguel de Allende, the Copper Canyon, Guadalajara, Zacatecas, Oaxaca, and throughout the Puerto Vallarta region. Come experience the magic of Mexico - the food and people are fantastic and welcoming.

ICON VALLARTA is located on the beach by the Krystal, no car needed, which is a plus. Take a taxi or bus to play golf at the nearby Marina Vallarta, or to Old Town, or the Malecon. Walk to Soriana or Sam's Club or WalMart grocery stores. Walk to the Cruise Ship dock to board the pirate ship Marigilante or take a day trip to Yelapa.

What makes this condo unique

This condo has a private beach club with restaurant and bar onsite. There is also a spa, jacuzzi, inifinity pool and lots of other extras. You'll have to tear yourself away to leave the luxurious grounds.

It was truly an amazing experience staying in this unit at Icon Vallarta! The views are breathtaking, and the condo is very special-----beautifully & thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable, and includes every amenity. Icon Vallarta is a sleek and modern complex, yet luxurious and comfortable. Amy & Isabel were very accomodating in our last minute arrangements, and Isabel was very hospitable and attentive to all our needs during our stay. We give our highest recommendations.

Amazing condo with spectacular views

We just returned from a one week stay at this fabulous condo, and all we can say is WOW. We were met by the property manager upon arrival, even though we were much later than expected. There is nothing that the well equipped condo lacks, and the amenities at Icon Vallarta are second to none. The photos shown are exactly what you get. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony, with that spectacular view, are what dreams are made of. Thank you for making your condo available for rent. We hope to return again soon.
