House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Beautiful 3 br/3 bath home with boat dock and boat ramp access, tucked away on Sportsman’s Harbor.

Spectacular panoramic views of intracoastal, Tampa Bay, and Skyway Bridge from front and rear decks on top two floors.

Key West style home, completely refinished, with pergo floors, granite countertops, and many other extras. Large top floor Master BR with study and Jet Bath.

5 houses from a Catholic Church, 3/10 mile walk to Gulf beaches. Within walking distance of Publix, CVS, Manatee Beach. Also, the Free Island Trolley has a stop at the end of our street.

Fully A/C, Cable TV with 3-D capabilities and Free Wi-Fi included in rates. To maintain the beauty of the home, we do not allow smoking.

Available April 7, 2012.

Ground floor garage for auto parking and storage; all living quarters are on second and third floors, accessible by stairways.

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for about 10 years and have stayed in many parts of the island. This house offers unsurpassed views of the bay and the bridge. There were only four of us, my husband and I and our two teenage kids. We all enjoyed the house very much. It is comfortable, well equipped and spacious. It will comfortably house twice as many people. My husband and my daughter loved the fact that they could fish right off the dock. They spent many hours catching very large fish. The house is easy to get to from Manatee Avenue, also a walking distance ( or a short bike ride ) from Publix. We highly recommend it.
