Upstairs features fully stocked kitchen, living/dining room, full bathroom with shower/ tub and 3 bedrooms (one with direct access to deck). Walk-out finished basement features large bedroom with queen bed and twin futon, full bathroom (with cork floor), and laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer and utility sink. Lower level also has an additional full size futon in living area.
Sleeps 10, with 4 Queen beds (2 Tempurpedic and 2 Beautyrest Black) as well as 1 high quality memory foam queen sleeper in living room, 1 full-size futon and 1 twin futon. Fresh linens and beach towels provided.
