Welcome to Dolphin House! This charming 1,600 SF, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has the added bonus of having 2 separate living areas. The property is located in Gulfport's Art District, just down the street from Veteran's Park and Williams Pier and 1,100 feet from Gulfport Beach, restaurants and shops. Have fun on Gulfport's white, sandy beach during the day and watch dolphins cruise by from the beach or pier. The split floor plan has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 living area in the front of the house, and 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 1 living area in the back separated by the kitchen and dining room. Perfect setup for a family or two couples. Tile throughout the whole house with the exception of the carpeted back bedroom. The home is decorated in tropical beach themes. The front and back yards are newly landscaped and well-lit at night. Back yard is fully fenced. There are uncovered patio areas in the front, an uncovered patio area in the back and a covered back porch.

    The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (US funds only) or VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via PayPal. The reservation deposit is applied against the total due.
    Cancellations:
    Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies paid.
    Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee. Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will be cancelled. No refunds given for early departures.
  • There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.
    Check-in time: After 4 pm; Check-out by 10:30 am.
    Accommodations and the right to switch: due to unexpected circumstances, if designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign guest to another property.
    Pets: May be permitted with individual consideration and advance arrangements.
    Late Arrivals: (9 pm or after) Accommodated with PRIOR notification; please enquire.

Activities: The fishing pier is one block away and there are numerous shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Sunbathing, swimming, volleyball and playground equipment are all at the beach, along with a covered pavilion that can be reserved for private use. Gulfport is a very active community and there is always something going on, from the twice-monthly Art Walk to other special events, such as the Gheko Festival, Retro-Rama, Spring Fest and annual nighttime Christmas Boat Parade. Gulfport has excellent restaurants, an exciting night life, a fishing pier, marina with public boat ramp, nature park, excellent shopping including unique works by local and national artists and photographers, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a library, beach pavilions, a performing arts theater. All but the marina are within easy walking distance from the property.

Location and local area Information: Gulfport is a quiet, cozy beachside community established in the early 1900's. It is located on Boca Ciega Bay with views of St. Pete Beach to the west and Isla del Sol to the south. Located 30 minutes from Tampa and Tampa International Airport, 10 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 30 minutes from Clearwater, 15 minutes from St. Pete Beach/Pass-a-Grille and 20 minutes from Ft. De Soto Park. 5 minute walk to Gulfport Beach. We provide an excellent guest guide complete with addresses, phone numbers, websites, descriptions and driving directions to the best places!

Beth & Sally: Thank you very much for your hospitality and stay. We loved our month at the Dolphin House and everything could not have been better. The Grand Kids that came down had a ball at Disney, the beach and the house. Jack, our dog, loved the back yard. We really loved the house and appreciated your caring. Bonnie & Harlan Kolsrud

My family recently spent 2 weeks in Dolphin House and we had a wonderful time! It's a perfect beach house, in a great location for all of the action in St. Pete and the beaches. Sally and Beth do a nice job of making sure that you have plenty of information about the area. The house is well appointed and clean, and it felt like "home" immediately. We'll be back!

THIS HOUSE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE. WHEN I GO ON VACATION IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO FIND HOME AWAY FROM HOME.THIS HOUSE TRULY WAS. WE ALL HAD AN AMAZING TIME DURING OUR STAY.

This was a great rental - not only is the house darling, full of amenities and conveniences, short walk to the beach and the adorable main street of Gulf Port - but the owners have also put together guide books and tourist ideas, and gone out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. This is place is a real gem!

Wonderful place to stay! Great floor plan for friends and families and very convenient for various activities. House is very clean and well equiped with everything. Also close to several major attractions. Highly recommend!
