About Bob Clark

I have visited Key West for over 25 years. After staying in numerous places I found the Coral Hammock community. Once I found it, this community was were I always wanted to stay when visiting. It is a very popular community. In 2011, I purchased my first home in Coral Hammock. In the Spring of 2012, I purchased this home. As the years go by I plan to spend more and more time enjoying all Key West has to offer.

I am a life long resident of Maryland. I am a real estate broker in the northern suburbs of Washington, DC. I love visiting Key West anytime, but especially in the winter.

This home is located in the Coral Hammock community which is directly across from the Golf Course on US Rt 1. The community was built in 2004 and is conveniently located at the entrance to Key West, not far from just about everything Key West has to offer.

Within a 5 minute drive are numerous restaurants, bars, hotels, marinas, and much more. This home in on the quiet end of Key

West.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

This condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The bedrooms are smaller than we expected, but the living space is large and open. The pool is just a quick walk across the street; it is clean and the perfect temperature for swimming with young children. The property is further away from the center of Key West than we envisioned. Road construction and detours made travel to and from Duval Street an "adventure". The owner of the property was most helpful and very patient with all of our "newbie" questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this property to others who want clean, affordable accommodations away from all the "excitement" of downtown Key West.

Perfect Place After A Day (And Night) On Duval

This hope was perfect for us!

It's only a 5-10 minute drive to almost anywhere on Key West. However, it's nicely tucked away in a cute and quiet gated community for when you're done with the fun.

Everything one could need was provided.

We've already booked this same rental for next New Year's!!!

We had a great time in Key West!

I loved staying in this home. It is in a small gated community that is well kept. I enjoyed using the community pool and the exercise room in the clubhouse. The home is neat and clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I hope to come back soon!

Thanks for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. This is a very nice upscale community that has a beautiful community pool. The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Most of the furniture looked brand new. I loved staying in this home!
