Welcome to our comfortable modern bungalow, ideally located just 2 miles from the slopes (that’s closer than units on Boyne’s own property!) golf, beach, or downtown shopping. Adjacent to two family friendly neighborhoods, if you come here with children you will find safe places to explore on foot or by bicycle. Just a short 1/2 mile ride or walk and you will find yourself lost in the beautiful Offield Family Nature Preserve.
The mid century modern decor and furnishings are a refreshing compliment to the striking craftsman inspired exterior. Our open floor plan features a main level kitchen, dining, living room, bath room, and master bedroom. The lower level is host to the family room. The family room features a dining area, 51” PLASMA TV, DVD, VHS, Wii gaming, ping pong, and other board games.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably serve eight guests. All bedrooms feature a clock radio, programmable ceiling fan, and large windows for your comfort. Additional features of each room include:

In the spring and summer, enjoy the peaceful melodies of our avian neighbors while you put your feet up in the hammock or sip coffee on the deck. Turn off your cell phone and tune out the rest of the world. You are on vacation now.
And last but not least, grab a friend and head out to the porch swing. It is a delightful place to listen to the birds, read a book, or enjoy the late afternoon sun. Relax here with a glass of (insert favorite beverage here) and let it all go.
A playset, outdoor dining area, and a stone fire circle complete the backyard experience. Just a few steps off the deck and you’ll be roasting marshmallows and hotdogs in a wooded retreat.
