40' Cabin cruiser Chris Craft boat available to rent for four people, docked in a classy marina in the New York City harbor. The boat is situated across from the Empire State building, on the Hoboken shore, conveniently docked next to the ferry station with service to midtown and the World Trade Center from 6am to midnight. Manhattan is also accessible 24/7 by bus or subway.
Freshly renovated, this luxurious and authentic 1959 boat is comfortably equipped:
- An aft cabin with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe and private WC
- A fore cabin with bunk beds for two, wardrobe and private WC with a shower
- A fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a dining table that transforms into a bed for a possible 5th occupant
-A sitting area furnished with comfortable seating and a stereo
- An aft deck with built in speakers connected to the central stereo, perfect for sunset dining
- Free wifi is available throughout
- Cushions supplied for lounging on the elegant bow of the boat to admire an exceptional view of Manhattan from the Washington bridge down to the world trade center with the Empire State as the center piece. The statue of liberty is visible in the distance and occasional cruise liners or sail boats add to the magic.
The interior glows with the warmth of mahogany woodwork, well lit with fifties style lamps built into the decor. Sunlight pours in through windows on all sides, many opening to let a refreshing bay breeze flow through the entire boat.
The marina provides well kept bathrooms with private showers. The pier offers a convivial atmosphere with a lawn and lawn chairs and a bar opens in the evenings. Thursday through the weekend various food trucks set up and offer such treats as lobster or steak sandwiches or pizza. A supermarket and restaurants are just a skip from the marina in a friendly neighborhood.
