3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach

This condo is located right on Seven Mile Beach, close enough to hear the waves rolling in!  I bought it recently because of the spacious size (over 1600 square feet), and the fantastic views of Seven Mile Beach and the sunsets. Enjoy great views of ships sailing by as you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the peaceful sunsets while enjoying refreshments on the over 400 sq foot deck. Both the master bedroom and the living room have large sliding glass doors that allow you great views of the ocean and sunsets. Being an end unit on the third floor provides additional views through added north facing windows.

Our kitchen is very well stocked with all that you may need to enjoy a meal in the condo, including a large array of cooking utensils, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The condo is well furnished with higher end furniture, lamps,and a very nice décor. In January 2015 we installed new TV's and a new Blue Ray / DVD player.

 

The three bedrooms include a master bedroom that has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a king size bed and television. It also has a Pack n Play and roll out cot available in the closet. A third bedroom with an ocean view and two twin beds. We have added a conversion kit to make the two twins into a king bed if needed.

One thing we offer that many other rentals do not is free calls back to the US and Canada. There is also free WIFI, and a phone that can be used for free local calls.

The condo complex has two pools, plus a children's pool and a whirlpool. There is a swim-up bar and grill by the main pool (with very tasty daiquiris), which is the largest pool on Seven Mile Beach. There is also a sandy cove built out into the ocean with very good snorkeling right in front of the condo! A tennis court is also available on a limited basis. There are about 30 restaurants in a 6 or so block radius from the condo. Plus many stores and specialty shops. There is a dive store in the mall next door that both sells and rents equipment, including snorkeling. Many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, or use a rental car to explore the island as we do have parking for the unit. Camana Bay, a neat open air mall is close by too.

We had a grill on the deck, but it has been removed because of the fire code.

I don't want to over promise, but on a recent trip, my friends snorkeled right in front on the condo, and saw lobsters, a stingray, tiny squid, and many different fish.

Seven Mile Beach has such great views, and so many things to do close by. Short drive or walk to a very large food store, many shops, restaurants, bars. Georgetown is only a 5 to 10 minute drive, or less then a half hour walk.

Huge patio ! Wonderful Sunsets. Great views from inside the condo too. Lots of room. Largest pool on Seven Mile Beach, with a swim up bar. Whirlpool and children's pool. Tennis court.

Absolutely breathtaking

Most amazing sunsets at this location! Great amenities! The swim up tiki bar was great! Beautiful beach! Went out to buoy snorkeling and saw many fish including parrot fish. Highly recommend eco tour snorkeling and swimming with stingrays. Would love the opportunity to revisit location. Ken you have an absolutely beautiful property! Thank you for the hospitality!

Best unit in Sunset Cove

We've stayed at Sunset Cove twice now, and have stayed or visited four different units in the complex. This unit is the best, hands down. My family stayed in this unit in March 2015.

Being on the top floor has the benefit of giving the unit great views and beautiful high ceilings, and the owner has done nice job decorating the unit. It's also a corner unit, so you have a large window where other units are walled-in, and the large patio is more open than other units.

The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living area are all excellent, and you'll have a great time.

7 Mile Paradise!

We just returned from an 8 day vacation to Grand Cayman. Ken was great leading up to and even during our trip when we needed anything. The condo is exactly as shown in pictures and the location was excellent. There are lots of helpful pointers on places to eat, shop and activities in the condo.

We spent mornings drinking coffee on the huge balcony and evenings drinking on the balcony and the view never got old. We snorkeled every day. The kids rented wave-runners and went para-sailing right down the beach. We rented a charter for a day and saw Stingray City, Starfish Point and Coral Gardens. Camana Bay was a nice area to eat and shop. Fireworks on new year's eve were some of the best we've ever seen.

The only knock on the condo is the beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with all the bedding are in need of updating. I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend to anyone.

Exceeded our expectations, the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, rented this beautiful oceanfront condo in Grand Cayman. It was absolutely stunning! The condo is well kept and very clean and the location is perfect! You are located right on 7 mile beach, with your own little beach where you can snorkel right outside the condo. It is pretty amazing! Ken, the owner, did a great job with his welcome book. Literally everything you could want to know about the property and/or Cayman in general is in the book. If you have any questions, check the book! Recommendations for restaurants, scuba trips, snorkeling excursions and more are all detailed in the book.

It was really nice being able to cook meals whenever we wanted, instead of having to eat out for every meal. It was also nice to have the option of a bar/restaurant (Billy Bones) on location for when we didn't want to make our own food and drinks... so you actually have all the benefits of a hotel if needed.

I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Saty!

5 of us stayed here Oct 8-13, 2014 (All adults 25-53). The condo was perfect. Upon arrival, it was clean, well-stocked with virtually everything you need and the views were amazing.

Both the living room and the master bedroom have ocean views and the balcony is enormous. The scenery was so pretty that we often found it difficult to pull ourselves away. Typically we stay on the other side of the island, but from now on we will definitely stay on Seven Mile Beach. The condo is walking distance to so many restaurants and shops (recommend Thai Orchid). We had Burgers at Billy Bones and had the best seats (at the swim up bar), We are all avid SCUBA divers and that was the main point of our trip. SO many great shore dives on this side of the island.

The beach at this condo was picture-perfect and there were always plenty of chairs available. The beach is clean and well-kept and the sunsets are breath-taking. Oh-and the pool and hot tub were ideal...

The owner, Ken, was excellent with keeping in touch and offered great suggestions and advice.

Without hesitation, I would recommend this condo.

Stunning views,Large,clean well equipped Condo

First impression when we stepped in door was very pleasant surprise.Condo was very clean(I'm picky)large with great layout and offered a fantastic view of beach and ocean off of very large patio. Beds were comfortable and just about anything you could think of is provided including very well equipped kitchen.The beach at condo is very nice and I was amazed at the coral reefs right in front of condo,great snorkeling with nice variety of fish and coral.The pool at the complex is very large complete with waterfalls and swim up bar and restaurant. GOOD FOOD. The condo is very centrally located with many shops,food stores etc within walking distance.We rented a car and that really opened up a huge variety of places to go and things to do.We absolutely loved this condo and this Island and look forward to returning to do it all again.We traveled with 6 of us ranging in age from 6 to 70 yrs old(my mother in law)and everone had a blast.Many wonderful memories were made at this great condo on this beautiful island.
