Nestled in the quiet, beautiful Estrella Mountains of Goodyear

As you drive the 8 minutes from I-10 through the amenity filled City of Goodyear to the gentle slopes of the Estrella Mountains you are greeted by Estrella's Star Tower and Village entry sign. The beautiful tree lined boulevards wind their way to the Flagship StarPointe Residents Club on the shore of North Lake . Surrounded by palm trees, accentuated by a wonderful fountain. You have arrived in paradise. Our 3 Bedroom 2 bath bungalow has a waterfall feature pool with built-in grilling area. Two Patio sets adorn the ample patio and pool deck areas and for the golfers in your group the Troon Managed, picturesque links of Estrella Mountain Ranch Golf Club is just a few blocks away. Walk or bike Corgette Trail to Estrella's lakes and enjoy the greenery and cool shade of the Palm and Oak tree lined 72 acre walking/biking trails.
About Colleen & Chris

Married 23 years. We reside in Edmonton Alberta, Canada. We have a Daugther and Son, both in University in Canada. We love to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner.

Why Colleen & Chris chose Goodyear

We fell in love with Estrella Mountain Ranch in 2010 when we decided on a Family Christmas Vacation. We loved the close proximity to sporting events, like watching the Coyotes Hockey and watching the Fiesta Bowl Football game in Phoenix. Dallas Cowboys vs. Cardinals! Tail Gate parties are great !! Nascar is a big hit at the PIR, only minutes from our home and the Spring league of the MLB brings the Red and Indians to Goodyear for some great Spring afternoon ball games. We love the walking trails, and have included a set of Country Cruizer bikes for your enjoyment.

What makes this bungalow unique

Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Estrella Mountain Ranch. We love the great room layout for dining and entertaining with family and friends . A short walk to two beautiful lakes and the amazing Starpointe Residents club of Estrella.

Our house is fully stocked to entertain as a get away retreat!
