Relocating from NYC to CA we knew there would be a transition but we knew it would be worth it if we lived by the water. LA is vast you have to virtually travel 20 mins in either direction to get to where you are going. Why not travel from the beach?

What makes this apartment unique

Great building with wonderful amenities. Pool, hot tubs, Gym, Private parking, Walking Promenade and concierge. The sunsets are amazing and so is this special community.

The coastal community of Marina del Rey, California is located in the center of Los Angeles' Westside between Venice Beach and Playa del Rey, four miles north of Los Angeles International Airport.

Marina del Rey comprises 807 acres, of which 1/2 is under water. It is actually a man-made phenomenon, having been constructed in the late 1950s. The approximate borders include the area west of Lincoln Boulevard, east of Via Dolce, north of Ballona Creek and south of Washington Boulevard/Oxford Basin, and the Pacific Ocean. This is the area closest to the marina waterfront and close to the water's edge.
