DISNEY GOLF FRONT SOUTH FACING POOL VILLA WITH 4BR - SLEEPS 10-12

Perfect location for a guy's golf trip. We played 11 rounds in 7 days most were on the very impressive Southern Dunes course just outside our door with an easy drive to the other great courses in Central Florida. Nice layout, clean and updated appliances and a nice barbeque for the big steak dinner event.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, now it's sadly back to work.

My family loved this home. The location was perfect for us. A Super Walmart just around the corner and only a short drive to the parks. All highway driving.

The house itself backs on to the golf course. You can sit on the pool deck and watch the golfers go by. The community is very safe. There is a guard on duty 24/7. The house was very clean and the layout good for a family or couples traveling together. The owner Julie is fabulous. She was always there when I had questions before, during and after our visit. We had no worries during our visit and that is always great when you are on vacation.

I would recommend this home. I know the next time we visit Florida, I will check with Julie to see if the home is available.

We just returned from a week of golf in Orlando. We rented this House in Haines City and we are not disappointed. The House was perfect for the situation. We were 4 guys on golf holiday and the house is < < a chip > > from the golf course Southern Dunes, a very beautiful Orlando area golf course. The House was very clean, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen. In addition the house is equipped with virtually new appliances; ideal for our golf group. The property is located in the gated community of Southern Dunes. A < < Super Wal-Mart > > is within walking distance from the house. The service offered by the owner, Julie, was 5-star. Following our discussion, she promptly sent me the contract and was always available to answer our questions. I would recommend this house for groups of 4 to 8 people, two couples, two families of 4 or even a couple who wants a quiet week near a golf course. The service and the house were excellent and I will definitely return. In conclusion, we were very satisfied and we would give it a 5 star rating.

Nous revenons d'une semaine de golf à Orlando. Nous avons loué cette maison à Haines City et nous ne sommes pas déçus. La maison était parfaite pour la situation. Nous étions 4 gars en vacance de golf et la maison est située à <<un chip>> du terrain de golf Southern Dunes, un très beau terrain de golf de la région d’Orlando. La maison était très propre, avec 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains, salon et cuisine, en plus d’appareils ménagers pratiquement neufs; l’idéal pour notre groupe de golf. La maison est située dans une communauté sécurisée de Southern Dunes à distance de marche d’un <<Super Wal-Mart>>. Le service offert par la propriétaire, Julie, était 5 étoiles. Suite à une discussion, elle m’a fait parvenir le contrat et elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommanderais cette maison à des groupes de 4 à 8 personnes, deux couples, deux familles de 4 personnes ou même à un couple qui veut une semaine tranquille en amoureux. Le service et la maison était excellent et je vais définitivement retourner. En conclusion, nous avons été très satisfaits et nous donnerions 5 étoiles.
