Quiet Area with Tennis, Pool, Linens & Bath Towels Included

Pros:
Location-it was fantastic how close we were to the beach, boardwalk and strip.
Owner was very nice and courteous.

Cons:
Rugs- were very dirty and full of stains, especially in the back bedroom. We chose to cover most of the rugs with sheets from the hallway closet. We did not feel comfortable having our 2 kids play on the rugs within the condo.
Vents-Full of dust and dirt. Lots of this dust and dirt was being blown around in the rooms
Bathroom- Downstairs bathroom was very dirty, hair in and around the sink and toilet bowl. Mildew smell in the bathtub along with mold within the grout and baseboard trim.
Bedrooms – upstairs bedroom was not used although it was clearly used by the previous renters. Hair left on the sheets and bed pillows. We did a wash the downstairs bedroom sheets and blankets because these looked slept in without being cleaned prior to our arrival as well.
Couches- had a body odor emitting from the cushions along with lots of stains. We chose to cover both couches with sheets because of this.
Balcony-Unable to use the balcony due to people below constantly smoking cigars and cigarettes.

We left a day early due to the uncomfortable feeling of being around this environment.

Many of these items are fixable but inquire as to whether they have been remedied prior to reserving.
