Charming 1 bed, 1 bath cottage in Hudson Valley. Located 90 miles north of NYC.

New kitchen. Master bedroom w/king bed. 2nd small bedroom is furnished as a study. Small study nook. Living & dining area that opens onto small sunny patio area with table and chairs.

Comes fully furnished with bedding, dishes, pots & pans.

Situated on 4 private acres with complete privacy. Abandoned rail bed along house can be used to walk to town (about 20 minutes).

Cottage is part of a mother/daughter residence so the cottage is attached to the main house. There is a shared driveway.
