This is a beautiful cabin in the Cabins at Grand Mountain by Thousand Hills. Hurry to get availability for summer, it is filling up fast

The cabin itself was built first class. It has a gorgeous marble Jacuzzi tub in the downstairs master bedroom. It is perfect for relaxing. While the location is right off the main 'strip' in Branson, Missouri, it feels like you are in the heart of the wilderness. The cabins are nestled in the woods so you really get the feel of the natural surroundings. You even get to see some wildlife! What could be better than being in the woods and just a few blocks away have all the events of Branson, Mo theater and shopping. The cabin is less than 1 mile from the famed Hwy 76 'the Branson Strip' and minutes from theaters, shopping, restaurants and all the activities in Branson, Mo.

The cabin has 2 spacious bedrooms each with a full bath and King bed. The loft has a beautiful view of the kitchen and dining room and has a King sized bed and flat screen TV. The couch downstairs converts to a Queen bed. Each bedroom, the loft and the den are equipped with flat screen TVs.

The cabin includes high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, flat screen TV in every room. Other amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court, work out facility and hot tub. There is something for everyone.

In the summer you can sit on the screened in porch and enjoy the majestic wooded view after a day on the Branson river walk or shopping around town. You have access to all the great shows in Branson, Mo and they are just minutes away. No long drive from the lake or outside of town.

In the fall, you can enjoy the color of the fall foliage right from your seat on the porch or go walking in the woods. Some guests have seen deer outside the door.

In the winter snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy the crackle of the fire keeping you warm from the weather outside. When it snows it is like a postcard, just spectacular! Great for a weekend romantic getaway or a family vacation. With easy walk in from the parking lot (no stairs to climb) you don't have to worry about the weather.

About The Owner

My wife and I purchased this cabin because we loved the ambiance and the ability to be in the woods, while still being in the heart of all the activity in Branson, Mo. We loved it here, my wife especially. When my wife passed away in 2009 I rented the cabin full time to a lovely couple. They loved it as much as we did. They have moved to North Carolina so now we are renting for others to share in its beauty. We enjoyed the time in the cabin just soaking in the view and spending quality family time. On several occasions our adult children and grandchildren would spend the weekend or holidays with us. We especially loved the holidays here. The log cabin really makes Christmas. We also enjoyed the many shows in Branson and this log cabin is close to all the theaters, less than a mile from Hwy 76. The close proximity and easy direct access from the parking lot made it ideal for us. Even when I had my hip replaced I was still able to easily access the cabin. The main master bedroom is downstairs which is where we stayed and we let the kids have the upstairs bedroom and loft. There is enough room for everyone to stay here and we have great family memories. I am sure you will enjoy this tranquil country location as much as we did.

Why The Owner chose Branson

My wife especially enjoyed many of the shows and we came here from St. Louis at all seasons to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the activities. We loved the spring as the woods came alive after the winter and all of Branson began to bustle. The summer was fun to sit on the screened porch (no bugs) and enjoy the sights and sounds of summer. The shows are in full swing and we enjoyed them all. In fall the dramatic color of the foliage was spectacular. Finally, the holidays here brought back memories of long ago and the wonderful smells of snow in the woods, wood in the fire and the freshness in the air.

What makes this cabin unique

Our adult children and grandchildren came here frequently with us and we really enjoyed the closeness of family times here. Also, our children celebrated wedding anniversaries here and the cabin provides a wonderfully romantic environment to get away from it all and experience that 'fall in love feeling' all over again.

Branson is known for it's numerous live shows. In addition in the summer there are local water parks, theme parks, hiking, swimming, shopping especially at the antique shops and along the river walk.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!

Each year my wife and I take 3 grandchildren on a trip to Branson just before they start back to school. Rented a lot of places that have been very nice, but our stay here exceeded them all. The grand kids want to go back this year so we plan to rent this beautiful log home again. Cleanliness, quality, location, friendliness of owners...it's all "top shelf". You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous Cabin in a wooded setting

We were very pleased with our stay at this lovely cabin. With three King sized beds and two large bathrooms, it was the perfect size. The beds were very comfortable and I especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. On our third day at the cabin, it snowed and the cabin and nearby cedars were picture perfect. Another big plus is that it is so close to all the shows. We will plan on coming back. A Big Thankyou to the owners and the property manager.
