All new wood style flooring has been installed where carpet was not appropriate. There is wireless Internet (free) a multi purpose fax and printer for your use, and cable on all three flat panel TV’s. There is also an extensive library of DVD’s, VHS tapes, and books and games.
The unit sits on the top two floors of the three story building, with great views off the porch of the mountain and ski trails. No noise from the upstairs unit, since you are the upstairs unit!
On the first floor you will find a large entry with Ski storage, a large master bedroom with flat screen TV and DVD player built in, a re modeled bathroom with washer dryer, kitchen with new appliances, dining area with slider to a porch with great views, and of course the living room with large wood burning fireplace, large wall mounted flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and VHS player with audio though a Bose speaker system as well as easy interface for your gaming systems. Firewood is provided!
In the loft, there are two twin beds, a sitting area, a flat screen TV and a DVD player along with a ½ bath.
Out of the 80 units at Trail Creek, this is one of the 8 units rates “A” Since only 10% of the entire complex has an “A” rating, you will know you are staying in the best of the best in Trail Creek 58 if you are looking for a 1 bedroom loft. There are quite a few 1 bedroom units, but few if any other 1 bedroom lofts with 1 and ½ baths, and none that are upgraded like unit 58.
Sleeps 4 in comfort in beds, not sleeper sofas, and has the option of 6 if you wish to use the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Trail Creek offers it’s own on site indoor heated pool, large Jacuzzi, fitness area, as well as the bus to the trails, unless you prefer to walk! With good snow cover, skiing home is possible!
