The Atlantic Ocean is just steps from the door of this beach front duplex located directly on Salisbury Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, building sandcastles, and unsurpassed views. This property is ideal for family vacationers who love the beach and a kid-friendly environment. This is a two level unit. The lower floor consists of the following: Roomy kitchen; living area with sofa and love seat, bathroom with tub/shower combo, front porch with table w/umbrella and shared gas grill, and an enclosed beach side porch within steps of the surf. Sleeps 7. The upper floor consists of the following: 3 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, a smaller room with bunk beds, and a sleeping porch off the large bedroom with a single bed. Tandem Parking is reserved for two (2)cars in the driveway.

Fully stocked kitchen, with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, utensils, cookware, basic small appliances. Please bring your own bed linens. If this is not feasible due to out of state guests or other reasons, Linens wil bee provided at an additional charge when they are requested in advance. However, bed linens must be laundered on Saturday morning and made available for use by the next tenant. Located directly across the street is a small plaza that has the following: a convenience store w/beer, wine, ATM; a laundromat; a hair/nail salon, a small restaurant and a pub. Approximately 1/2 mile south is the family amusement center with arcades, food and music. Fireworks are displayed every Saturday night. Hampton Beach approximately 3 miles north, and offers a boardwalk with shopping, restaurants, bars, playground and family amusements. Movie theaters and outlet and shopping are nearby. No pets are allowed and the property is non-smoking.

No smoking inside the house. No housekeeping or laundry service provided on site; however a coin operated laundromat is located directly across the street. Renters must bring sheets and towels and clean their rental unit prior to departure. The unit is not winterized. Renters must be at least 30 years old to rent.

Our vacation was great! The rental was just perfect for us! Plenty of room for all!! The Oceanfront was right at our fingertips! Great family vacation! We can't wait to come back, as always, Salisbury Beach is the place to be!
