During a sunny afternoon, a private sunning deck off of the upstairs master bedroom is a relaxing place to catch few rays of South Carolina sunshine. Afterwards, 4 full bathrooms are available to rinse off or even take a Jacuzzi® bubble bath in 3 of the bathtubs. The downstairs family den has a TV, VCR, DVD player, and all of the bedrooms are equipped with their own television. The den ceilings are high cathedral ceilings that boast fans. The den is completed with a wet bar. All clean towels and linens are provided as well as sunscreen, body soap, and laundry and dish detergent. 16-55th Avenue is a house that will ensure your comfort during your vacation. BR B Amenities: /B BR 16-55th Avenue is freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. The gourmet kitchen is fully furnished and has granite counter tops and a center island. A dinning room is also available. The den has a TV and DVD player, and all of the bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
Three of the four bathrooms have Jacuzzis. A showering area is available outside to enjoy after a trip from the beach. The beautiful outside scenery can be viewed from the screened-in porch, wrap-around-porches, and second floor sunning deck. 16-55th Avenue is professionally cleaned and set-up upon arrival, and departure cleaning is included. BR B Activities: /B BR Isle of Palms is family oriented, and has activities available for all ages. Teenagers can have fun at the Wind Jammer or at the Grand Pavilion's nightly activities. Downtown Charleston has a lively night life for young adults. Or, just relax by the beach Some of the activities that Isle of Palm has to offer are beaching, swimming, biking, surfing, boating, deep sea fishing, golfing, tennis, work out facilities, sight-seeing, shopping in Downtown Charleston and Town Center, the Charleston Aquarium, Historic Fort Moultrie and Fort Sumter. BR B Area: /B BR 16-55th Avenue is third row back from the ocean.
The beach access path is right next to the house. Many families call this 'their' beach house because they have so many lovely family memories here.
