Are you looking for open air feeling in a beach house? This homes main living area is located on the 2nd floor,spacious living area with beam ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy your vacation in this perfect vacation rental!

First floor- Living area with one (1) bedroom with a full bed, 1st bathroom with slider to oceanfront patio, 2nd floor has 2nd (2) bedroom with 1 full size bed with 3 twins, master bedroom (3) with king size bed, with masterbathroom attached. Living room, dining room and full kitchen. This home has beam ceilings which makes the home so much more spacious feeling, floor to ceiling windows and slider doors going out to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy every sunset in this beautiful oceanfront vacation rental!

*Security deposit is $600 for weekly reservations, anything over 30 days; deposit is higher. Rent price does not include bed tax of 8%, $300 cleaning fee & reservation fee of $45. All rentals include linens and towels. Home is a fully furnished vacation rental.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.

Very comfortable place, small TV in master bedroom but who cares? A great TV show out the front windows, which made for great sunset watching. Nice spacious upstairs, all amenities in kitchen. Overall, a nice place to unwind.
