The Coconut Cabana, a tropical 2 BR 1 BA vacation rental is part of a Private 7 Condo Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with coconut trees and 2 new heated pools, all very peaceful and private. We are two minutes walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close, and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, great place for the kids. This home is privately owned and managed. You will meet and deal directly with the owners when you check in and out. We also have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom vacation rentals.

We are also 1 minutes walk from Clearwater Beach Community Center, which features an Olympic Size swimming pool, water slides, tennis courts, boat slipway and a park. Area:We are close to shops and restaurants. 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and 90 minutes from Orlando. Bush Gardens Theme Park in Tampa is only 40 minutes drive.

We were a bit nervous about staying here since this was our first time renting through the internet. But everything was just as promised and advertised on the computer. The location to the beach was exactly as they described it as well as everything else that was promised. The staff were very nice and helpful and made sure everything was available for us. There was even beach toys and anything you would need to take to the beach and pool. The property was very nice and a great location. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Owner's Response: Max and I try to provide everything you would need for a relaxing family vacation here on Clearwater Beach. We also present our property as accurately as possible on the website. It is extremely important that our property meets our guests expectations. A good match between guest and vacation property makes it a fun week for everyone.
