While staying at Kona Isle you can swim, relax by the pool, or watch the whales and dolphins passing by as you listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean's surf. Ronald is an owner of C 23. A full time resident. The rental was for my family and they were very happy with everything. I would not recommend C24 to my friends because the owner could change her mind and not honor the dates.

This unit is dated but clean, in a very nice location in a superbly maintained property. It is small but well laid out so it feels quite spacious. The screen doors work well--a constant aggravation if they do not which is often the case. You can hear people upstairs if they are heavy footed, but in general the property is very quiet. Since all the units are one bedroom, they do not attract families much. People smoking in the units below can be very annoying--this is not allowed, but some owners on the first floor do it anyway. Almost everyone else goes out to the street to smoke. The owners of this unit care very well for it and I would return to it in a heartbeat. It is good value and perfect for me.

my wife Dana and i we're married on the island this stay,truely a majical place on earth.this place infects your soul,so much we,re trying to put plans to move!Your property is perfectly located especially if you take the time to find the shortcuts off alli'i dr. Please take shoes off and shake towels and beach equip.off as there were quite a few sand fleas?termites?help keep clean so they can keep it affordable!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Love the location. However , when we arrived the water was shut off , we managed to get the water running but the next morning before I got up my wife had a cold shower as the hot water tank had been shut off on the electrical panel .
There was barely enough toilet paper supplied .
Overall the unit was clean , but I dont like seeing pubic hair in the corner of the washroom on arrival .
Then there was the problem with the garbage disposal which plugged both sinks the first time , Nick had it fixed that day .
