I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.

The unit is located adjacent to a busy street leading to a main highway - the traffic noise continues throughout the night - is unbearable in the loft. The light in the lanai has a faultyy switch that requires replacement. One of the bamboo curtains in the main floor bedroom reqires replacement of the rope.

This condo was immaculate and perfect for our family with it's one bedroom + loft master + pull out sofabed. The grounds were beautiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to eat in and there were beach chairs in the box on the spacious lanai. Our only complaint was the occasional loud vehicle on the road beside us as we kept the screens open to take advantage of the fresh breeze in 4-412. Kamaole Beach III was only a short walk away and we enjoyed our time there, it was handy to have a shower and restrooms at the beach.

the property is old and air conditioner on poor location.

the unit was old and outdated,unit was hot most of the time. but location was very good.
