This beach condo has it all. Direct Gulf Front Corner Unit with Ocean views from every room! Granite Counter tops in kitchen and baths, a DCS Gas Grille in private grilling area, Beach Cabana closet chairs, toys and umbrella are stored. Heated Pool and Hot Tub overlooking the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach AND the back door faces the Intracoastal for boating access. We don't stop there. We have assigned undercover parking, washer/dryer in unit, walk-in shower in Master Bath and Walk-in closet in Master Bedroom. You'll know it's the builders model from the upgraded Baking Microwave, the Convection Oven and Italian Tile in Baths. The Master Bedroom has a new King Pillow Top Bed and the 2nd Bedroom has two new twins. We want you to really enjoy your stay, so we've added 200 Channel Digital Cable and WiFi High Speed Internet Access and fax. Enjoy a day at the beach, walk to one of several restaurants and relax on you 20 foot balcony overlooking the beach.

What a great place - This condo was wonderful. Very clean and has all you will want. We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the view from the lanai. The beach was wonderful for walking. Very spacious condo - The pool was nice - but we enjoyed sitting out at the beach. Lots of restaurants available for any tastes - we tried some we had not tried before. All in all - we would recommend this condo - and would stay again!

we had an enjoyable holiday in a well equipped comfortable condo, would recomend it to anyone.
Also very helpful owner who was just a phone call away when we had any questions.
