Our vacation home is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom plus loft located in Lower Deer Valley. Located 1/4 mile from Snow Park Lodge, skiing is minutes away either by free bus shuttle, drive or walk. Historic Park City Mountain and Canyons are also a few minutes away, as is historic Main Street, which provides a wide range of restaurants and shops. Our unit was fully remodeled, including a new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms with granite countertops and new tile/carpeting. Further upgrades last summer include air conditioning for the summer months, new furnace with humidifier, water softener, new all-gas fireplace, new 60' internet TV with cable, new 32' flatscreen TV/DVD units in each bedroom, and a newly remodeled and furnished 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, perfect for kids.

We have been coming to Deer Valley in the winter for many years to enjoy the skiing, which in our view is unbeatable, and have recently started spending summer vacations here- equally stunning and fun-filled. The year-round outdoor pool makes Lakeside unique for Lower Deer Valley, offering the kids a great activity after skiing. A perfect location, close to both the slopes and Main Street is what prompted us to purchase where we did. Our unit offers a beautifully remodeled unit at a fair price. Please enjoy!

About Scott Dudak MD

Our primary home is in South Florida, which we love. Year round golf, tennis and watersports are hard to beat. But we always look forward to getting on the plane to Utah, where an early morning flight gets us to the mountain before noon for an afternoon of skiing. Year round, there is something about the clear sky, crisp air and stunning scenery, which is truly unique.

Our family has been coming to Deer Valley for the past 9 years and have loved every day. We recently found the perfect townhome for us- the right size, remodeled and upgraded, in the best location of Lower Deer Valley. A 30 minute ride from Salt Lake City airport, close to Deer Valley's Snow Park lodge, yet only 5 minutes from historic Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. It may be true that people come for the winter but stay for the summer.

What makes this townhome unique

This is a beautiful unit in a great location at a fair price. As close to ski in-ski out as you can get at 1/2 the price. Please bring your family and enjoy as we do.

wonderful summer holiday!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo in Lakeside, Deer Vally. The location was ideal. Everything was so accessible to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. The views from the deck, looking over the pond was so scenic.The condo more than met our needs and creature comforts. Having air-conditioning was a significant plus during the warm summer days. Having use of the communal pool was also a bonus. The owners were extremely congenial and responsive.Would definitely consider returning for

another stay!

Comfortable and convenient to Snow Park

Our recent ski trip to Deer Valley was fantastic and staying at this property made our visit really enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable, well equipped and extremely convenient to the ski school at Snow Park Lodge. We had 4 adults and 2 children and plenty of room for sleeping and socializing. The photos are a true reflection of the property. It's an easy walk to Snow Park or you could opt for the door-to-door shuttle service which ran 8-5 daily. The heated pool and hot tub(s) awaiting us at the end of a day of skiing were awesome, too. The folks at Club Lespri were great. We didn't have the time to take advantage of the fitness center or spa; perhaps next visit. The fact that the condo is serviced by the Park City transit system and DV shuttle makes it easy to get around. We did not rent a car-no need in our mind. Cabs are easily accessible too.

We would certainly return to this property.
