This wonderful new home to be completed in August 2005 is in a gated active adult 55+ community. An 18-hole championship golf course, two heated swimming pools and a hot tub are on the grounds. One is an Olympic pool. An exercise room with professional grade equipment, locker room, steam room and an instructor is available daily. Tennis courts, volley ball, , a second clubhouse with a dinning room and bar is available. A snack shop, high speed computers, billiards, pool tables, 20 seat theater, bocce ball, crafts rooms, steam rooms and a library are some of the other amenities in the community. This beautiful new home has a Great Room for easy entertaining. The gourmet kitchen has counters with bar stools for casual meals. All new appliances include a flat top ceramic cook top range, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave, Belgian waffle maker and a cappuccino maker. The dining room seats 6 and expands for 8.     Otherwise , repair/replacement costs plus $100 will be deducted for cleaning. No Smoking. Small pets ok with additional $200 deposit.

A barbeque is included for outdoor dining with a covered patio leading out from the dining room and Great Room. 2 TV's, DVD, and DSL high speed internet connections are included. Amenities: The home is fully furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen cookwear, utensils, silver and place settings. A separate laundry room includes a brand new washer and dryer. There is a two car garage. Outdoor BBQ Area: Just outside the community within a 2 minute drive is a brand new mall with Safeway, Albertsons, Starbucks, banks, restaurants etc. 10 minutes away is a shopping mall. Fantastic parks, hiking trails and Camel Back Mountain are all nearby. Tucson and Sedona are less than 2 hours away. The Grand Canyon, San Diego and Mexico are 5-6 hours away. The airport is a 30 minute drive. There is so much to do you may want to stay forever.

We rented from Steve for a two-week househunting trip and his rental is fantastic. Very quiet community and a great golf course. Steve responded quickly to my inquiry and took good care of us throughout the process. We gladly recommend him to others who are looking for a vacation rental in the East Valley.
