Loved the location. The condo was very well supplied and decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was in good repair. The only improvements we would suggest would be an update to the living room furniture, as it was pretty well-used. We would happily rent this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a wonderful time. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. One issue that needs to be corrected are the door locks. There is only one door in the entire condo that locks. Also, the washer sounds like an airplane taking off--possibly a bearing going out. In addition, the oven takes approximately 20 minutes to pre-heat. Other than these things, though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Bender Realty is great to rent from (friendly, good rates and always easy to work with). The Palms 904 is very nice and spacious, grat gulf view from all balconies. Pool is small for both buildings and it is by the other building, needs pool for this building. Other wise great trip.

This has been my favorite rental unit. I have been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for vacation every summer for over 20 years. I hope to be able to stay here again!
