We were able to relax and use the pool, hot tub, walk the beach and experience the great coast. We found beautiful shells, sand dollars MANY shark teeth, and saw Dolphins daily. The restaurant and water taxi were really convenient!

The computer had the incorrect information and incorrect pictures on a number of units we looked at. Also, didn't get the unit we had requested and booked. Owner came in and we were not told until we arrived.

We stayed here for the SUP Race Around Palm Island. It is a natural beauty of a resort and the best place we have stayed in for any race. Hope they do it again next year.

Reviewer Comments:
We have been going to Palm Island for years, and have never really had any problems. Our last stay was a little annoying. A water pipe broke on the resort and the water was shut off.
No one called to let us know what was happening, what to do about usage of toilets without flushing waters, and to let us know that we needed to boil our water. Thank God my husband knew to boil the water once the flow resumed. My husband left the island the next day to buy drinking water. We never leave the island once we get here. Communication from the staff was zero regarding this whole incident.
