Overall I enjoyed my stay as usual. However the Beach Villa I stayed in was not very clean and the appliances need to be replaced. I was somewhat disappointed with the staff at Rum Bay, they were not as friendly as in past visits.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The property and the villas are beautiful. The checkin experience was sloppy. I was given someone else's invoice originally to sign which I knew was several hundred dollars more expensive than mine should be and I was originally told I was mistaken. It took a while but they eventually figured it out. Same issue when the rehearsal dinner was moved on Friday night. I went to the designated venue. Nobody was there. I inquired at the office; they said I was wrong and the venue would not have been changed without them knowing it. Since the resort was catering it, I asked them to check where the food had been delivered and then they realized the event had been moved. There were several other occurrences of unprofessional behavior. I travel a lot internationally on business and this place definitely does not give the Ritz a run for its money.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay on Palm Island. Our villa was very "homey" and comfortable, and we enjoyed the ocean view. We enjoyed the food at the Rum Bay Restaurant and hope we can return soon.
