3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. Picture yourself at a pristine mountain compound for the whole family. This cabin has 3 Bedrooms,2 Baths,Game Room with Ping Pong Table ,Sleeps 12 No Smoking, DOGS OK. Blue Lake Springs Rec Center.

ALL CABINS HAVE A STANDARD $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, A HOUSEKEEPING CHARGE AND 6% CALAVERAS COUNTY TAX IN ADDITION TO THE RENT. 3 Night Minimum; Dec 16 - Jan 3. Picture yourself at a pristine mountain compound for the whole family. This cabin has 3 Bedrooms , 1st bedroom in on the ground level and has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom is upstairs with one double bed. 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has a 1 full size futons and a full/ twin size bunk bed. Loft upstairs has chair, stool and lots of books,2 Baths 1 has an old fashioned claw foot bathtub, separate game room with ping pong table, bar also has a sleeper couch, a full size fouton, and games great for older kids to hang out in. This very charming cabin is in a secluded area in the Blue Lake Springs area, you'll feel like you're in a very traditional setting. DOGS ALLOWED on approval with $25 per-pet cleaning fee. Blue Lake Springs Rec Center. Additional fees required for rec center use

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We generally enjoyed our stay. Nice layout and nice location. However, the double bed in the upstairs bedroom is shot - it has a large indentation on the left side which made it unusable.

Still waiting on the $150 due for the security deposit. 2 Emails and a phone call sent with no response......and no check.

Manager responded on 1/20/2011:
Security deposits are mailed back within 21 days of departure. Contractors need time to clean and check the cabins before checks are returned. We are not late at sending this guests check back. We respond to emails daily. We do answer our phones or we would not be in business??
