There is a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv, dvd player and stereo system. Maid service M-F, beach towels and chairs, and all linens are included making this a perfect, private getaway!
Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach, the Westin Hotel and Casino and Philipsburg are just minutes away. Orient Beach, Grand Case and Marigot are an easy drive.
Car rental is suggested and can be easily arranged with airport pick-up.
There is a long term tenant who resides on the property but the guest house offers wonderful privacy and seperate parking.
