Rumah Nyaman Bali is a self contained, simple, cozy and neat house with small front garden. It is suitable for a small family or 2 couples. The house is in a quiet, leafy street with friendly Indonesian neighbours and easy access by car / taxi / bike. Car parking space in the courtyard.

It is located near surfing beaches (Balangan, Dream Land and Padang-Padang Beach). Also close are attractions such as Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Kecak Dance in Uluwatu Temple, Fishermen Village for thosr liking sea food, Nusa Dua, Airport and Kuta. It takes 5-20 minutes drive from the house to reach these places.

You will find a lot of restaurants in the main road of Puri Gading, Peppito supermarket that sell imported meat and ingredients, and a few small supermarkets just a minutes walk from the house.

Rumah Nyaman is fully furnished, we have AC in the living room and in 2 queen bed rooms.

We have a baby cot and a child car seat (for weight 9-18kgs) you may use provided they are clean after use.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a standard simple kitchen.(Except for long stay guests)

If you want to have a quiet day at home after traveling around, our flat screen TV and DVD player will entertain you. There are in-house DVDs in the sideboard and international free to air satellite TV with English, French, German & Chinese channels .

The house will be cleaned twice weekly during your stay and you are expected to keep it tidy. Further household assistance can be arranged if required at very reasonable cost.

Linen, towels, and soap are provided.

Smoking is only allowed outside the house.

The house is located in Puri Gading, Jimbaran which is near surfing beaches (Balangan, Dream Land and Padang-Padang Beach) and also close to attractions such as Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple, the water sports mecca at Tanjung Benoa and Fishermen Village for those liking sea food. Ngurah Rai Airport, Nusa Dua and Kuta along with the previous attractions all are within 5-20 minutes drive from the house.

These are all easily accessable by motorbike or car - both readily available for hire nearby. Taxis are easy to call and quite cheap - especially if you chose the metered Bluebird or similar.

You will find many restaurants in the main road of Puri Gading (Jl. Raya Uluwatu), the well stocked Peppito supermarket close by has a comprehensive range of imported meat and ingredients and a few small supermarkets only a minutes walk from the house have available most local foodstuffs.

  • We let the house for minimum stay of 7 nights for AUD30/night for 2 people and AUD40/night for 4 people.
    We can negotiate the rate if you wish to stay for longer periods.

    Security Bond of $150 is required for guests at time of booking and will be returned one week after your stay provided all is in order.

  • The price of AUD 35/night is based on 2 adults sleeping in 1 queen bedroom. Children below 4 years old are free. (max 2 children). Please request if you need a baby cot. The price of AUD 50/night is based on 4 adults sleeping in 2 queen bedrooms. Children below 4 years old are free. If the single bedroom is required, we charge AUD 5/night. (just fan in this room) or AUD 30 per week. We also use this room for some of our personal storage / linen etc.

Notes: We also have a child cot and car seat for child weighing 8-19kgs which you may use provided it is clean at the end of your stay. We have a wireless internet USB type modem which you are welcome to use whilst at the house but you will have to arrange for the credit - the girl at the phone shop nearby will do this if you request. There are 3 steps at the front of the house to access the front door. (note for elderly or infirm)
