Welcome to "Maywood", a high-quality condo at an affordable price in an excellent location! Maywood is located just off the 19th Ave Exit from the interstate in the Cattail Creek area.

Welcome to "Maywood", a high-quality condo at an affordable price in an excellent location! Maywood is located just off the 19th Ave Exit from the interstate in the Cattail Creek area. This area has walking trails, a pond and a park. It is about 5 miles away from downtown, MSU campus, and the Gallatin Valley Mall.

Our goal is to have Maywood feel like your "home away from home"—a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after enjoying some of the many activities Bozeman has to offer.

This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath condo with a 2 car garage has wonderful mountain views from all windows as well as the front porch and back deck. The two flat screen TV's (one in the master bedroom) come with the Direct TV Choice Ultimate package. Wireless high speed internet is also provided. The master bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and separate tiled shower and large tub in the bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and twin beds—both with access to a full bath. The living room has a sofa sleeper, gas fireplace and is separate from the TV area. Hardwood floors and granite countertops are throughout the home. The condo is furnished with new Bozeman "Mattress Mill" mattresses, top quality furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. We hope you would find it well suited for a very enjoyable stay.

Bozeman is certainly a "destination city" and for good reason. Hopefully Maywood will also become a destination for you as well.

The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The only problem that we incurred was the garage sale ironing board. Impossible to use!
