All this only 30 miles from Orlando International Airport. It is located in the quiet and child-friendly community of Sandy Ridge.New England Villa is a superb, stylish and elegant 4-bedroom 3 bathroom vacation home, built in 2005, which boasts two separate sitting areas. A spacious family room with TV DVD Video and Hi-Fi and a quiet lounge which gives you the opportunity to sit and relax without the TV and/or the kids after all of the fun and excitement of visiting Disney parks and attractions theme parks and attractionsAlternatively, just unwind in the extra large heated, floodlit pool with its relaxing and invigorating integral Spa. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided for your pleasure.The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (Cooker Microwave Fridge and Dishwasher) with an adjacent dining area for your convenience. There is also a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer. The property provides you with two master bedrooms, a deluxe king and queen bedroom both with private bathrooms, each with TV and DVDs. The remaining two bedrooms contain two twin (single) beds both having use of a dedicated TV, DVD and Playstations.Should you wish to increase the sleeping arrangements, there are two twin (single) rollaway beds provided. The house is certainly large enough to accommodate 10 people, unlike many properties you will view.This immaculate property, as expected, is fully air conditioned and nestled within a beautiful natural conservation area, surrounded by woodland. It is elegantly furnished throughout, providing style comfort. This beautiful home backs directly onto woodland and is south-facing, providing the Florida warmth of the sun and a tranquil setting.Shopping is only a 3 minute drive into the Champions Gate Shopping Center catering all your needs (Publix, CVS & Walgreen’s Supermarkets and Subway, Chinese, and pizza restaurants and gas station. Alternatively it’s only a 7 minute drive to Highway 192 with its endless array of restaurants, shops. New England is a superb private home from home, with just everything included to ensure a wonderful vacation. Practically all you need is your toothbrush!

the only problem i had was that the vacuum cleaner did not work due to a belt issue. other than that it was a great house, clean when we got there and my large family had lots of room to spread out. we all loved it!!

It was a very good property. The only problem we encountered was no live person answering the phone when an issue came up. I would recommend added wifi for free and a grill.

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your comments. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm but we do have an answering service with a live person to take messages, forward reservation calls and dispatch any maintenance items that need to be addressed immediately.We manage over 100 homes, they are all indiviually owned, so it is up to the owner to install the wi-fi; but all homes that offer the wi-fi they have it for free… Next time please let us know if you need a home with internet and we will be happy to help you find a home with wi-fi.In regards to the BBQ Grill we would love to make them available at the homes, but because it is an item that requires maintenance and someone to clean it properly and assure there is enough gas for the next guest, we recommend that guests rent it from a reliable vendor, who delivers a clean grill with a tank of gas to each guest.Thank you again and we hope to see you next time!

It was a nice place to stay. Would use Florida Spirit Vacation Homes again.
For future renting the following items should be addressed, The telephone did not work. The ceiling fan at the pool area did not work. There was a light fixture missing in the 2nd master bedroom. House could use more wash clothes and towels.
