I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
It was a very good property. The only problem we encountered was no live person answering the phone when an issue came up. I would recommend added wifi for free and a grill.

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your comments. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm but we do have an answering service with a live person to take messages, forward reservation calls and dispatch any maintenance items that need to be addressed immediately.We manage over 100 homes, they are all indiviually owned, so it is up to the owner to install the wi-fi; but all homes that offer the wi-fi they have it for free… Next time please let us know if you need a home with internet and we will be happy to help you find a home with wi-fi.In regards to the BBQ Grill we would love to make them available at the homes, but because it is an item that requires maintenance and someone to clean it properly and assure there is enough gas for the next guest, we recommend that guests rent it from a reliable vendor, who delivers a clean grill with a tank of gas to each guest.Thank you again and we hope to see you next time!
