Sunshine Oasis is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom property is situated in The Sanctuary at West Haven, a quiet gated community. The home features a large, open plan living space, incorporating a dining area and fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating. It also has its own screened and swimming pool, (with no properties backing on), featuring an extended deck area for those lazy days around the pool.

Sunshine Oasis is situated just 7 miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks, and just two miles from ChampionsGate Golf Resort and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Less than an hours drive from Florida`s beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, and 30 minutes from Orlando airport.

The master suite has a queen size bed and also contains a 19 “TV. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a large Roman bathtub, extra large shower room and his & hers vanity units. The master suite also boasts its own walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three comprising two twin beds. A mix ideal for most family needs.

There is a spacious lounge/family area with a sofa, cable TV, DVD player, Nintendo game Cube and a CD/Radio/Cassette player. The dining area joins both the lounge and kitchen. The Kitchen includes a range, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

For those who are more energetic the villa has its own screened swimming pool, For those wanting to relax, the extended deck area features a table with chairs and loungers for you to soak up the sun and just watch.

Enjoy a beautiful sunset as you relax by the pool and create memories that will last forever!

We had a great stay; house was very clean, spacious and well maintained. Small perks such as a booster seat, pool "noodles", books, etc. was really appreciated. It was a very quiet neighbourhood, lovely landscaping. However, there was a real problem with ants and small centipede-like bugs. We loved the pool, but by the end of our stay it was quite dirty. I had expected that someone would come to clean it and add necessary products more regularly. Overall, our experience was positive and I have already recommended to a friend.

it was great. Privacy, quiet,and pool was refreshing after a hot day at Disney world .House is beautiful,roomy and comfortable .Never saw the owners, it was like our own home for 5 days . We left it the way we entered it, clean.Very happy with the stay.
