We were at Reunion resort for one week, this was our second time here but not the same place, this house is lovely cute, is well decorated, few minuses are..
Is very well appointed but is showing the wear and tear, Carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced is dirty and the cleaning company doesn't do a good job with the vacuum, they were lots of hair next to my bed in the upstairs master bedroom, some curtains are torn, noticed that furniture are coming out of the wall, sofa in living room is dirty, tv's are old! My suggestion to the owner is to replace the carpet or at least keep it well clean, soeone like me that suffer from allergies is difficult to be there for long, I did try to clean it with the vacuum clearner that is so bad, it was full and dirty! Just try to keep it clean in general because the house is lovely but after experiencing this issues it will be hard to come back to the same place. Some bedding is mix Mach and old, had to wash the covers before use them, they didn't smell clean.
We had the most wonderful experience last year staying at Reunion, unfortunately is was already booked, probably I was expecting the same.
Mannnagment office were nice when we ask to come and clean the pool for us, and pick up the garbage before we left. Hope they will fix this issues for future guess.

Overall the house was ok. Roomy, nice decor, comfortable beds and relatively clean. Some of the negatives of this rental are: 1) the sofa in the living room was very worn, stained and sagging in the middle 2) carpets were very stained and are in every room on the upper floor 3)chipped tiles in kitchen 4)lots of dusty fake flower arrangements which made the allergy sufferers in my family sneeze all week long. The biggest disappointment for me was the backyard. Very little room to walk around the pool and furniture was rusty and all mismatched! The pool looked dirty but was really just stained so ok to swim in but not nice to look at. If you're looking for an inviting backyard retreat for your stay, this wouldn't be a good choice. I strongly recommend that the owner make the backyard more enjoyable for his/her guests by providing comfortable and matching patio loungers and a 6-8 person patio table set with umbrella. It would have been easier to overlook the negatives of the interior if there had been a comfortable, nice spot to go to outside.

Thanks for staying with us. We're sorry there were some things about the house that you didn't like. During our staff's arrival and departure inspections they spot clean carpets, but we understand with several families in the home over the summer more cleaning may be needed. Every year around this time we begin scheduling homes for additional professional carpet cleaning to take care of deeper carpet stains. Unfortunately most vacation homes in this area do have limited space around the pool area and come with the standard 2 loungers and table with four chairs. We will certainly ask our staff to take another look at the condition of the patio furniture. We hope to see you in Florida again soon.
