Enjoy a beautiful wooded veiw at this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It is located at the bottom of Wildernest and near lots of hiking trails with the free shuttle a block away. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A large flat sceen TV and blu-ray DVD player can be watched while relaxing by the wood burning stove or surfing the internet. A washer and dryer are in the unit along with a gas grill on the deck. The master bedroom has a king and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a storage locker is located outside to store your winter gear. A very affordable vacation spot. THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY WITH A $100 NON REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT. No Smoking.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

the condo was very old, attempts made to update were very distasteful. 2 large beer pictures hanging in the hall were very distasteful and offensive. Large amount of water in the floor in the kitchen when we arrived.

Besides being a perfect place to stay, the location was perfect. We spent time in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. Shopping was great and trails went everywhere for hiking or biking. You will love this place and the great provisions provided for your convenience. This was our first experience with American Resorts but not our last!
